Warranty

Before a camera hits the shop, we make sure it's fully tested, cleaned and working as expected (unless stated otherwise). Light seals are almost always replaced with brand new, quality foam. This is all done to provide the you with the most reliable gear possible and make sure you have one thing less to worry about while going out to shoot.

Every camera & lens bought through our online store comes with a warranty certificate (unless stated otherwise*). This will provide you with a 3-month warranty (as of the date of purchase) for your item(s). If anything goes wrong with your item within that period, contact us and we will organise a repair or a replacement for your item. 

• This warranty covers defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods. 
• Defects as a result of accidents, neglect, abuse, fall & water damage or use of the items other than their intended purpose are not covered by this warranty.
• Repairs or alterations performed by any other party than Clicque Camera Co. will void this warranty
• We garantuee a proper function of light meters, whether in camera or external, upon purchase (unless stated otherwise). Due to the age of the equipment and fragile nature of these meters, we can not cover them under our warranty. 
• Accessories (such as motor winders, flashes...) are tested for their functionality and accurately described however are not covered under our warranty

*Items marked as 'outlet' are sold in 'as-is' condition and are not subject to our warranty.
