One of the most legendary Olympus cameras out there. Released in 1972 and desgined by the one and only Maitani himself, it changed the landscape of 35mm SLR cameras. They didn't have to be bulky and heavy, they could be compact, refined and light. 

This all mechanical 35mm SLR has everything you'll ever need. Built-in lightmeter, 1/1000s top speed, selftimer and a wide range of beautiful Zuiko glass! A great beginner camera or for those looking to expand their arsenal with a reliable piece of history.

Camera comes in good cosmetic (besides a small dent near the counter) and mechanical shape. There is however some desilvering present inside the prism. As this is only present on the bottom of the prism it doesn't hinder framing and obviously won't be present on your images. A common issue with these cameras, which can be resolved with a donor prism. As we like to keep prices as low as possible, we decided against replacing it right now.

Both shutter and lightmeter are within specification. New lightseals have been installed. The included 50mm f1.8 is one of the earlier "chrome nose" models with a slight hint of haze in the rear element. This won't affect results that much but might slightly reduce the contrast. Priced accordingly
