Classic Leica Macro-Elmar-R 100mm f4 lens with Universal focusing bellows. This setup allows for macro photography on Leica R bodies. With the correct adapter (Leica 14262 Macro Adapter R), this lens can be used directly on compatible Leica R bodies without the need for bellows.

Lens is very clean optically and has seen little use. It's only missing the little red marker frequently seen on Leica lenses. Bellows in very good shape without any tears or other damage. Rack focusing is still very smooth.
